I have just joined this great program that Steve Ayling has developed. It allows you to build your own splash pages online using a great Splash Page Maker. Anyone can make a page even me, it really is as easy as 1,2,3. Check this program out and make your own fully hosted splash page and have a great promotion tool with no hastle. There is no downloading any software as you build them online and you can get started for under $10
